| Creole Chicken with Black Beans |
Serves 4 |

 |
- 1 lb. Tyson® Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders
- 4 sheets (12x18 inches each) Reynolds Wrap® Release® Non-Stick Foil
- 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) diced tomatoes with onion and green pepper, drained
- 2 cans (15.5 oz. each) Goya® Black Beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 teaspoons Creole seasoning
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
- 4 tablespoons chopped green onions

- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Center one-half of chicken breast tenders on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Release Non-Stick Foil with non-stick (dull) side toward food. Combine tomatoes, beans, Creole seasoning and vinegar in large bowl; spoon over chicken.
- Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
- Serving Suggestion: Serve over cooked Goya® Yellow Rice.
