Creole Chicken with Black Beans Serves 4
  • 1 lb. Tyson® Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders
  • 4 sheets (12x18 inches each) Reynolds Wrap® Release® Non-Stick Foil
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) diced tomatoes with onion and green pepper, drained
  • 2 cans (15.5 oz. each) Goya® Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 4 teaspoons Creole seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons chopped green onions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Center one-half of chicken breast tenders on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Release Non-Stick Foil with non-stick (dull) side toward food. Combine tomatoes, beans, Creole seasoning and vinegar in large bowl; spoon over chicken.
  3. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.
  4. Bake 18 to 20 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven. Sprinkle with green onions before serving.
  5. Serving Suggestion: Serve over cooked Goya® Yellow Rice.
