Question 1.  Where can I get a game piece?

Answer 1. Game pieces can be found on participating Goya, Tyson, and Reynolds Wrap Foil products that have the Dream House Game logo printed on the outside.

Question 2.  Do I need to buy a product to participate?

Answer 2. No. You may request a Game Piece by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Match & Win Dream House” Game Piece Request, P.O. Box 673, Ardsley NY 10502. Mail-in requests must be postmarked by June 30, 2008 and received by July 15, 2008.

Question 3.  Where is the game piece located on specially marked packages?

Answer 3. Game pieces are printed behind the labels of specially marked cans of Goya Blue Label Canned Beans (15.5 oz. only). Game pieces are also printed inside the boxes of specially marked Goya Yellow Rice (8 oz.), Tyson and Reynolds Wrap Foil products. In addition, game pieces are available in small booklets found on specially marked packages of Tyson Oven Roasted Chicken and Tyson Refrigerated Heat N Eat Entrees.

Question 4.  How do I win?

Answer 4. To win, collect the left and right halves of the same prize. For example, collect the left (A-1) and right (A-2) half game pieces to win the $500,000 Dream House Grand Prize.

Question 5.  Can I combine game pieces from different participating brands to win?

Answer 5. Yes. For example, you can combine game pieces from specially marked packages of Reynolds Wrap Foil products with those from specially marked packages of Tyson products.

Question 6.  Can I combine game pieces I find on specially marked can labels with game pieces I find on boxes?

Answer 6. Yes. For example, you can combine game pieces from specially marked Goya canned bean labels with game pieces from specially marked packages of Tyson products.

Question 7.  I think I just won. How do I claim my prize?

Answer 7. To claim any prize:
1. Sign your initials in ink across the front of both of your matching Official Game Pieces. Both Official Game Pieces should be cut out along the dotted lines.

2. On a 3” x 5” card, neatly print the following:

• Your full name
• Date of birth
• Complete address, including street address, apartment number (if any), city, state and zip code
• Day, evening, and cell telephone numbers
• E-mail address (if any)

3. Mail via certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, both original Game Pieces and the 3" x 5" card to be received by October 1, 2008 (which is when the game ends) to:

All prize claims received after October 1, 2008 shall be deemed VOID and will be ineligible for prizes.

Question 8.  Do Prize Winners have to sign an affidavit of eligibility and publicity release?

Answer 8. Yes. This must be signed before prizes of $500 or more will be awarded. If you won a prize valued at $500 or more, you will receive a winner’s letter, an affidavit of eligibility, and a publicity release in the mail within 6 weeks from the date your prize claim was received by the Redemption Center. Winners of $1000 or more will also receive a W-9 tax form to complete and return. Once you have returned the properly completed paperwork, and we have received and verified your documents, you will receive your prize check within 6 – 8 weeks.

Question 9.  If I win a prize, how will my prize be awarded?

Answer 9. All prizes will be paid by check, in one lump sum, upon verification of prize claims.

Question 10.  Do prize claims have to be verified before they are awarded?

Answer 10. Yes, all prize claims must be verified.

Question 11.  How are prize claims verified?

Answer 11. The official game administrator, Marketing Visions, Inc., verifies all prize claims. To prevent tampering, many anti-fraud elements are put into the game pieces. The game administrator confirms that all submitted game pieces contain all of these anti-fraud elements.

Question 12.  Can I win more than one prize?

Answer 12. Yes.

Question 13.  I am not a legal resident of the United States. Am I eligible?

Answer 13. No. As stated in the Official Rules, the “Match & Win Dream House Game” is open only to legal residents of the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and the District of Columbia.
