Easy Fajita Chicken Tenders

Serves 4
  • 1 lb. Tyson® Fresh Chicken Breast Tenders
  • 4 sheets (12x18 inches each) Reynolds Wrap® Release® Non-Stick Foil
  • 1 15.5 oz. can Goya® Black Beans
  • 1 medium red or green bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 small onion, sliced in rings
  • 1 1-oz. package fajita seasoning mix
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Center 1/4 of chicken on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Release Non-Stick Foil with non-stick (dull) side toward food; top with pepper strips, beans and onion. Sprinkle with fajita seasoning mix.
  3. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make two packets.
  4. Bake 15 to 18 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven. Stir chicken and vegetables; top with salsa.
  5. 5.   Wrap in warm tortillas with your favorite fajita.
